Nobody even tried to reach out, they don't care about their customers. We get passed around to whatever stylist suits them and charged whatever price they want. I wanted a junior/intermediate. But was moved last minute to much later time which messed up my plans who cares tho. You quoted me one price and then had my stylist Amanda cash me out.. girls standing there at cash just watching I'm assuming someone is the cashier who quoted the price on the phone. Hiii don't get me brong i love it there everyone is so nice ...but i didn't get what i ask..is ok is hair ..but if I pay i want what i ask...I will give it a second chance and see how it goes
