I booked my appointment well in advance, only to receive a call just a couple of hours before the appointment that it had to be cancelled because the stylist called in sick. I understand that unexpected things happen, but there was no backup option or reasonable alternative offered. To make matters worse, the manager who could address the issue wouldn’t be available for another three days. Extremely disappointing and frustrating customer service.
very recommended salon , very professional stylists specially to Mr. Jeck Nuera 👌, well done 👏
Terrible customer service And when I complained to the manager they took the employee side...I thought the customer is always right but not here.
Chatters is one of the best salons that I have went to Jose is my go to style as he knows how to take care of my hair and recommend good product recommendations for treatment and shampooing and etc.
