Sonja Paul is an amazing hairstylist! I had such a great experience with her. She really listens to what you want and gives honest advice during the consultation. She’s very professional, patient, and talented. I’m so happy with my hair and highly recommend her!
I usually visit your Surrey locations and have always had a great experience. However, my recent visit to the Willowbrook Langley location was very disappointing. Our stylist, Sonja, was not friendly, did not use conditioner after the wash, and skipped hair serum after the blowout. We had two appointments booked. While discussing the second haircut, she repeatedly told us the style would look bad without doing haircut but did not offer clear suggestions. Went to Langley location and it was the worst customer service i ever got with Chatters, with stylist Sonja!!
I’m very disappointed by a last-minute cancellation of an appointment I booked well in advance. While I understand staffing issues occur, cancelling right before a long weekend suggests poor resource management and a lack of dependability. The reasoning provided was vague, leaving me in a difficult spot for my holiday plans. I value the salon's work, but professional commitment should be a two-way street.
