I highly recommend Jenny at Langley Chatter! One of my friends recommended her, and even though I had to drive almost 45 minutes to get here, it was absolutely worth it. Jenny did an amazing job with my hair color and highlights in a beautiful ash tone. Since I had a bad experience in the past with hair breakage from bleaching, I was quite nervous. Jenny is so amazing! I have been seeing her since 2019 and now that she moved down to this location I had to follow her. She always does a fantastic job at cutting my hair and follows exactly what I say. This time I got a tone as well to freshen up my colour and I couldn’t love it more!
went in to get a haircut and my hairstylist tried to talk me out of my given idea about 6 separate times. finished my appointment by saying “sometimes we don’t get what we want in the picture”. like no girl you gave me the wrong haircut.
Charged me 120+ bucks for a toner on extensions. The toner did nothing. I had a severe viral illness was hospitalized twice and had to reschedule my appointment . It was NOT a show show. I cancelled beforehand of the appointment. Just to receive a voice message saying they will not fix the issue at hand that I paid for since it’s been “two weeks” since the initial “service”. I had my hair cut with Chatters for the first time and met Jeck, who did my hair and I must say he did a pretty good job with my hair, it’s exactly how I wanted it done and I’ve been getting compliments from families, friends and people I don’t know. I highly recommend Jeck, job well done !!! 👍
