I hadn't had my hair done professionally for a very long time and I was super nervous about it! I hear so many horror stories being a makeup artist and I knew I was going to be a little picky -and that's not a bad thing. I brought inspo pictures and Nick did my hair. They cut over half of my hair off at request and gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for (the popular c-cut)! I couldn't be happier with my services here. I called and got in on the same day. Everyone was amazing. I highly recommend Nick!
I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received at your Mic Mac Mall location. My recent visit for a cut and style was truly incredible, and I have to commend Nick for his outstanding work. As a new stylist, Nick displayed excellent skill and professionalism, and I was thoroughly impressed with the results. It's clear that he has a lot of potential, and I was pleased to see that he has the support he needs to succeed.
10 minutes late - drove in from outside the city. Appointment cancelled!! Been a valued customer for years, new staff, Amanda usually cut my hair but she is on maternity leave - she wouldn’t believe this happened!! Lost a good customer!
I went to get caramel color hair highlights.It didn’t even gave color to my hair.My hair is having volume but can’t see the color.only some hair had color.Hair stylists told me after wash it will give more caramel color but after reading other people reviews it feels that’s common thing paid $160+plus tip for what.No doubt customer service is great but hair service not good.I dont fight and argue with service provider but feels like I wasted my money and time.I will never ever recommend anyone this saloon
Chatters was very accommodating when I called to make a last minute appointment this afternoon for a hair cut. Velda did an amazing job with my hair and was also so lovely to chat with! By the end of the appointment I felt like we were old friends. I will absolutely be back!
