Nice enough hairdresser but I had to keep stressing what I was not liking about the cut every time they figured it was done. All I wanted was chunky, textured layers. Came home had a shower to wash it and hoped it would look better (doesn’t). Won’t be back.
Doreen was really nice, and did my hair nicely. I can say thank you to her.
Tillicum Mall. I was a walk-in today & happy they could take me immediately. I asked for just a wavey style done with a straightener. The young Asian girl(forgot her name) took me to a chair, asked questions & started doing the front of my hair after I told her what I would like. When she started, I was flipping through my phone to find the photo of exactly what I wanted. Olivia (the girl at front) was extremely helpful, she showed true customer service. Overall great experience!!
If i could give this no stars i would, the person answering the phones was absolutely horrible, will never make a appointment to get my hair done here for that very reason. The person answering the phone did not give the warm welcoming feeling that the other chatters stores give, was no help help at all. I was so shocked by how she acted. To me this was a person that hates her job
