I’ve never been this unhappy with a haircut experience. I went in for bangs and a trim, and the stylist gave me short layers and thinned half of my hair’s volume. I usually don’t stress much over my hair, but this will take forever to grow back. I went back the following day to politely explain why I was unhappy, and was told to book an appt with a manager.
