Had a great experience at Chatters! Emily did my root touch-up and she was absolutely amazing — super professional and really knew what she was doing. She also gave me a hair treatment that left my hair feeling incredibly soft and looking so healthy. She made sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone skilled and kind.
Asked if they knew how to do a low taper fade and they said yes and then what I got was definitely not a low taper fade and still had to pay for it if your a guy don’t go here
My husband went in and saw Joven. He took an inspo pic with him of what he wanted, and I was shocked when he got home that they let him leave the salon like this!! Inspo pic of the grey / white look he was going for, and the absolute yellow that he came home with. I did call Chatters and they said he could come back another day for a free tone to try and fix it, but we are both so, so unhappy and unimpressed with this! Zero stars.
Very bad management.. I clearly asked for Wednesday appointment and they booked me for some other day and didn’t even bothered to inform me. And the receptionist not even sorry for all that. They don’t value their customers time .
