12/10: For a number of years, I have travelled to a larger centre for hair straightening. Someone suggested Chatters to me. 10/10 experience here!! David was my hairstylist and I have to say he was amazing!! I’m so happy with how my hair turned out and he very clearly knew what he was doing. I look and feel so much better. I will be coming back here in the future and asking for David. I also wanted to mention the great prices, I had hair half way down my back n got it cut to shoulder length along with a wash, curtain bangs and layers and it was only $60. Plus tip of course making it $80 but for everything I had done I’d say that’s pretty good

I recently visited Chatters for a haircut and was disappointed with the experience. Unfortunately, the stylist did not seem to have the necessary skills to deliver the quality I expected, leaving my hair in poor condition. While I understand that haircutting may not be everyone’s primary focus, I believe that services should be performed with care and expertise. Additionally, the $50 price felt excessive for the outcome. I won’t be returning, as I was very dissatisfied with the result.
