Many years ago ,a good place to get my hair permed .. then color later. Salon was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating.
Came in today and asked for help finding some products to help with keeping my hair curly. The "manager" Kirstien was incredibly unhelpful, and dismissive with my questions. She continually talked over me and I don't feel as though she actually listened to my concers. She told me she wasnt a hair stylist and I feel as though there should be a hair stylist running a salon.
Gabby was fantastic, made experience that much easier. Awesome personality easy to talk to. Did great job Staff was very polite.
