$57 for the literal worst hair cut of my life. I couldn't even watch it be messed up because the guy cutting my hair never brushed the hair out of my eyes. I had to get him to fix it after he was "done". Returned home to my famliy in shock about how bad my hair looked, now I have to go meet my girlfriends parents looking terrible thanks for wasting my money!
I visited Chatters Hair Salon for the first time for a haircut and custom hair treatment, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The stylist started cutting my hair without washing it first. I clearly mentioned that I have wavy hair and that it was straightened at the time — so once washed, it would shrink and look even shorter. I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing team at Chatters in Aberdeen Mall. My kids and I were all getting our hair done when my daughter experienced a sudden medical emergency. The way everyone in the salon responded was nothing short of exceptional. Alba and Drew, our stylists, were calm, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire situation.
