My service was nice, my stylist was truly a pleasure to chat with. I removed stars for an error and miscommunication on pricing of a service (almost 100$ more than expected 👀). The front desk staff didn’t charge me for half the service, called me and asked me to come back to pay more after I had already left. I thought they hadn’t charged me for the extra product I had bought so I came back and paid again and was utterly surprised at the additional charge. Honestly I’ve been here twice for a quick bang trim and both times have left utterly disappointed. Learn from my mistakes and don’t go here for anything bang related, both times two different stylists had no problem just disregarding my wants and doing the most ugly bang ever seen. My mom even got hers cut yesterday and was left in shock. Never again
$57 for the literal worst hair cut of my life. I couldn't even watch it be messed up because the guy cutting my hair never brushed the hair out of my eyes. I had to get him to fix it after he was "done". Returned home to my famliy in shock about how bad my hair looked, now I have to go meet my girlfriends parents looking terrible thanks for wasting my money!
I visited Chatters Hair Salon for the first time for a haircut and custom hair treatment, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The stylist started cutting my hair without washing it first. I clearly mentioned that I have wavy hair and that it was straightened at the time — so once washed, it would shrink and look even shorter.
