I’ve called the facility for over a month and they refused to get back with me. UNTIL I had my kiddos nurse call them. Then they answered the phone. Shame on them. Denying to speak with me to set something up for 4 of my kids. To not communicate at all with me for over a month is simply not ok. I guess they pick and choose who they work with. Very shockingly disappointing experience with Chatterbox. My son who is basically nonverbal went for a device trial. He quickly found the software he liked to use. As asked by speech therapy at Chatterbox, we integrated the trial device into our everyday lives- he used it at home, at ABA and at speech and occupational therapy. Then once Chatterbox submitted to insurance for a device of our own - they took the trial device from my son. I understand it is theirs. Nicki has been so amazing with our 9 year old daughter. She has had speech therapy since she was a toddler but we have never been able to figure out why she struggles so much to create original sentences. Since recently starting at Chatterbox we finally have the answer thanks to Nicki. She is implementing the right strategy for my daughter's specific needs and we are already seeing results. She is certainly an expert in her field!
Sara and her team are the absolute best. I have never met someone with more passion around what she does and how she can make an impact in these young lives. This team is doing amazing work! Thank you!
