I am 81 years old and I bought the Icy Hot roll on. I don't understand why they use the caps you have to squeeze on the side. I have no strength in my hands and trying to get the cap off was impossible. Hello put regular caps on your product not everyone has the strength to get them off. So they buy something they can use. Lost sales
