Very unprofessional and inappropriate! Stood in the road to give an "estimate" on roof damage, quoted an outrageous price, then proceeded to make lewd and suggestive comments to my recently widowed mother. Unbelievable!!!!! If I could give a ZERO, I would!
Ted promised the world, got a partial claim amount, then he said 75 percent chance they could get all of it covered. Instead of fighting the insurance company for me, they sat on it for almost a year and closed it out several months prior. They were in possession of my money from feb 2024 to December 2024 and zero work was ever done. I asked for a refund through Ronald because Ted would never answer my calls. Ronald at Chattanooga Roofing made my 64 year old roof new again, in one stunning, brief day. Their cleanup was immaculate; not a nail, nor scrap shingle to be found. Gave him my home owners insurance info & he made my roof new for only my deductible... You REALLY do want these folks helping you.
