I have been doing business with the Chattanooga Property Management since 2009. I lease a house through them. I have had a good working relationship with them for all these years. I have had no complaints. However, I am experiencing problems with them in the last few months. I decided to sell the property I was leasing through them. I told them in the spring of 2022.
