I had an outstanding experience! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Randall is exceptionally kind and gentle, taking the time to explain every step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. You can really tell they care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care in a friendly and supportive environment!
If you need a peridontist look no further than Dr Beth Randall. She is patient and kind and an excellent peridontist as well. Her staff is fantastic too. Cheerful & helpful. I am very grateful to have found this practice

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this office today after an unexpected $180 bill for a referral visit. I visited Chattanooga Perio for the first time today after I received a referral from another doctor. When I originally called to setup an appointment, I gave them my insurance information over the phone during the appt setup process.
