I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience so other families can make informed decisions. This feedback is not directed at the dentist or hygienist, who were kind and professional. My concerns are strictly about the billing practices and treatment recommendations. We brought our son in for a cavity on a baby tooth he will lose in approximately 1–2 years. We were told he needed a crown, and the cost with insurance was quoted at around $1,200. We saw Dr. Jason for my baby’s lip & tongue tie revisions & could not recommend him more! All the staff at the office are so kind & friendly! We are switching to their office for my oldest daughter’s dental appointments because of the fantastic experience we’ve had with our baby being seen there.
I take my daughter here for cleanings it’s always great. But when I take my step son (mother deceased) we typically run into paperwork needing to be signed that I’m unable to etc. Totally fine. Today my step son had some work done they gave me a treatment plan to sign, I did, we moved on. Some woman in admin came back (Brittany was her name I think) and began talking directly in front of my step son saying, “You’re not mom, you’re step mom right?” I explained she was correct and that I signed for it.
