I take my daughter here for cleanings it’s always great. But when I take my step son (mother deceased) we typically run into paperwork needing to be signed that I’m unable to etc. Totally fine. Today my step son had some work done they gave me a treatment plan to sign, I did, we moved on. We have been going to PDOC for about 3 years now and unfortunately had to utilize their after-hours service last night after my daughter face planted on some concrete. They answered our call right away, came into the office immediately after determining her tooth needed to come out, and gave us our options to get the tooth out… and didn’t make us feel guilty at all about coming in. We've been going here for years and have always gotten friendly and quality service. Today, my child had a bad toothache. They were able to fit us in fast and we got in and out fast, too. They were kind and really listened to my child and made him feel comfortable.

Our daughter had a procedure scheduled and we were told we had to pay for the anesthesia portion ($250 up front and the remainder on the day of procedure). We asked if the total we were quoted was before or after insurance. The office confirmed that insurance had been run. I compared my benefits to the itemized bill that I requested and the total did not make sense. Took my four year old here yesterday for his first dentist appointment. The staff was wonderful! Our hygienist was super patient and accommodating. She used appropriate language to explain to my child all the stuff she was going to use to clean his teeth, she let him explore the appropriate tools, and allowed him to lead the interaction at his pace. 100% would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a pediatric dentist!
