The woman who “helped” us was the absolute rudest person I have almost ever interacted with. We were trying to sell some 90% silver coins (which they had bought some about a month before), we asked perfectly normal questions about silver prices and such, even just asked if she could weigh them and everything out of her mouth was in the rudest, arrogant, superior tone for absolutely no reason. Attempted to sell my silver there today. They told me they are only selling theirs, since their inventory is too full. Can't be named "gold&silver" if you aren't going to buy it. Went to Empire Gold&Silver; they were great folks and I'd recommend them.

Brought in a gold braclet that everyone else was trying to low ball they bought it at an absolute great price, they have wonderful customer service a great atmosphere. Highly recommend selling your gold and silver here.
