You know I try not to do this but this bank really deserves this rating and I wouldn’t give them any start if I could and that’s how poorly I was treated and judged when I went to this bank Friday 27,2026 . The lady Susan Tate didn’t want to hear me out and clearly didn’t listen to what I was saying at all as she basically pushed me out of her office . It's so nice to be able to talk to a real person when you call. Everything here is made so easy, such as applying for a home loan, working with different accounts, paying off loans, and so on. If you have any problems with your checking account, Susan is awesome she will go beyond the normal assistance to help you. I have been doing business with CFFCU for at least 20 years or so. I have considered using online banking, and i'm so happy I didn't. Small Credit Union are thr best, Thank you Susan and thank you, CFFCU
