Employees road raging in Rome Georgia traffic, driver yelled obscenities at us while my daughter was in the back seat, also saw him brake check another car. If that's how they are on the road I can only imagine how they treat customers. Truck #53 Friday August 14th

I hired Chattanooga Fire Protection to install a sprinkler extension for my covered patio at my business. The design was completed, submitted to the city, and approved. I was initially informed there would be a 4-week material delay, which was later revised to 2 weeks. I waited based on those timelines. Technician quoted me a price then office lady arrogantly denied it and connected to manager who dint even care to understand the situation and that too with a customer who’s been with them at least for more than 2 to 3 year.. DISAPPOINTED
