Never had a bad experience after beeing a member 8+years until I applied for a loan which I got denied but they left a number for me to call if I had a concern after I was denied. No response No Call back. I hate that part. Very Confused
So far we haven't had a bad experience very nice people the only thing I wished Is that they would take card payments over the phone
