the absolute best experience i could have ever asked for, super friendly and welcoming, could jot come up with one complaint if i tried, i’ve had absolutely terrible experiences with dentists and more specifically root canals, and they somehow managed to make it enjoyable to get a root canal, would recommend to anybody for any dental needs
I was referred to Dr. McMillan by a family member and I had my first root canal, and my experience was 10 out of 10 perfection. If I could give more stars I would. Dr. McMillan made me feel so at ease. Explained everything to me and checked on me during the process. Staff was amazing as well. I didn't feel a thing after the numbing.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. McMillan and his team at Chattanooga Endodontics! From the initial phone calls and text messages to get the appointment scheduled, to the check up phone call in the evening after the procedure, everything went super smooth without issues!! Dr. McMillan's office has a level of comfort that makes the entire root canal process go by with such ease and precision. Dr. McMillan and the wonderful team at Chattanooga Endodontics did an amazing job! Our teen has never had any work done and then, “Wham!”. He needed a root canal. So, we were a little nervous as he has never had any procedure done. We knew we chose the right place from the moment we walked in and met the incredible office team and the X-rays and pre-procedure talk with Hannah…they all are positive, kind and eased our minds by answering questions. Great with kids!!!!! Very polite and friendly!!! My daughter is 13 and unfortunately had to have her first root canal, she was very nervous! They did such a wonderful job with her!!! Also , the massage chair she said was a 10/10
