We had an old bathtub removed and a new tub and surround installed. The price was fair. The work was done on time. The only thing bad was that they had to cut the sheet rock around the surround. They left it exposed like that and didn't replace it. So, we weren't able to use the shower until we found a carpenter, waited for them to schedule us (one week), and it took them several days to repair the wall. I live in an apartment complex in red bank and recently I had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up (from years of use no doubt) and my dishwasher leaking. The apartment maintenance guy called them and said they were the best. He was not kidding. Two older gentlemen came in and were extremely pleasant and jovial and you could tell they loved their jobs and working with each other. They kept me updated on all of what they were doing, explained everything and went above and beyond to help our situation. They both were friendly and supportive, great customer service. We have used Battlefield Plumbing several times in the past, and they are always excellent. Today, we called and they helped walk me through an issue by phone without having to have a technician sent out. This is my definition of high integrity. I will absolutely use them again.
