Had these guys handle the rough-in and finish plumbing for a bathroom remodel and they did a fantastic job. Everything was done cleanly and professionally, and you can tell they take pride in their work. They were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and the finished bathroom turned out great. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Service-wise, I had an excellent experience with CBP. The two techs who showed up to snake my drain were both friendly and thorough, and the folks I talked with over the phone were also very friendly and helpful. The reason I will not be using this company for any work in the future is simply the price/pricing structure. When I called to schedule the service, I asked how much it would cost to snake a drain and they said $150/hr plus parts. But "parts" apparently means tools needed. I have never seen any company charge for us... read more
