Do not trust this company with an oral estimate. Make sure you get it in writing. They billed twice what their onsite estimate was.

Never would send anyone out or honor a single scheduled time, every time they scheduled with us it had to be cancelled the day of. We were going weeks without showers at this point and called a different plumber who was able to show up the next day no problem. They'll act like you're the problem and you're the one without schedule availability even though they will cancel your scheduled appointment several times before they have time to get around to you. We have used Chattanooga and Battlefield plumbing twice and both times have been exceptional! We replaced all our plumbing the first time we used them and they were prompt, thorough, and left our house spotless when they were done! We recently had a disposal backup issue that needed some attention. Billy and Martin were amazing! They were kind and very informative with what they were doing and why. Our dogs loved them too! We will use this company for all needs in the future!

Ian was great! He called me 15 minutes before he arrived, as requested. He was courteous, professional and did a great job troubleshooting the issue. These guys are my "go to" for responsive, trustworthy care for my plumbing needs!
