I had a great experience with Chattahoochee Garage Door. My problem was handled quickly and professionally. Big thanks to Gary for taking care of me!
Gary and his crew installed a new motor for me on my garage door back in 2023. Everything was great. Then a few days ago I had some workers doing a few things on my garage and they must’ve bumped into the sensors. I called Gary to tell him what had happened and was going to get him to come out. He suggested something very simple that I try first and it worked. That was just so nice of him because he could’ve easily charged me a couple hundred dollars to come out and do what he told me how to do. They are really great people.
I called this morning when they opened at 9:00 and Mr. Gary was here and ready to fix my door by 9:30. He was very knowledgable and took the time to do the job right. He gave me a fair price, and I appreciated his reliability and genuine nature. I have used Chattachoochee Garage Door before and would every time! I don't think any garage door company compares.
Gary was great. Very professional and personable. Went the extra mile, made conversation, and also made recommendations on how to maintain the life of the garage. Definitely recommending him to the neighborhood. Thanks again Gary.
Quick response and repair time. Our spring had snapped in the process of us moving and Gary came out within an hour and had the springs replaced in no time. I highly recommend Chattahoochee Garage Door!
