This place a the worst auto repair shop that I have ever dealt with. MUST READ: 1. It took them 4 times to repair my transmission. Each time they said they fixed it, my transmission would lock up or set codes on the dash within a day or two 2. In total, they had my car for 4-5 weeks. Towards the end I demanded to get a loaner car and for 2-3 days they provided one. After I drive off, I looked at the papers and realized it was another CUSTOMERS vehicle Definitely the worst auto repair experience ever
Had trans repaired they did a great job in and out in one day price was competitive with other companies they explained the process with no hidden costs I highly recommend them
After shoping around other transmission shops, I finally got to meet Al at Chatsworth Transmission, i spoke with him over the phone first, told him of my issue with my 2005 BMW and he had explained to me what needs to be done to the car, price wise he was reasonable, his customer service was amazing. I had explained to Al that this is the only car that i have and had asked him to give my car all the attention needed. Chatsworth Transmission is a rip off, took my Honda Odyssey. He did a slip shot job really does not replace any parts but charges you for it and hopes it works. After this guy Al did my transmission when ever I took my car for service the diagnostic computer tests would always show that something was wrong with my transmission and when I called Al and informed him of this issue he would say I have to reset the computer on my transmission. i was referred to AL from Chatsworth Transmission by my friend. he did a clutch on my 2005 bmw abouth a month ago, the price was good and car still drives like new car.... THANKS GUYS
I paid them 900 dollars to rebuild my transmission. It worked w ell when they finished. I took of for ventura and when I came home the car wouldnt start. The battery was new and I had not had electrical problems previously.. I return the car to him to fix the problem. He stalled me arounnd for 2 months.
