I use to live here , it's a wonderful place.
I have lived here long enough to confidently say that there are serious systemic service issues that need to be addressed. The valet trash service, which residents are charged $25 per month for, has been inconsistent since November. Entire buildings are regularly missed, trash sits outside doors for extended periods, and residents are still charged for the service regardless of performance.
