My husband and I did a tour with Javier and it was great. He answered all of our questions and was very informative about the property and its amenities. He showed us two units and they were both to our liking. My husband fell in love with the fitness center and I loved how clean the property is. We submitted our application immediately.
I have lived here for 12 months, and actually ended up renting a new apartment 10 months in. I've been paying double rent for two months - thats how bad these apartments are. Please don't ignore the roach warnings. I thought maybe it was a housekeeping issue or a solitary issue, but there is a serious roach infestation issue on property.
