I believe the staff’s name is Allan. He did great customer service & fast pace & efficient working. We were waiting for the spot in front of Roger store for almost half an hour. No one even ask us to see if we need any help. Then he saw us & offer that he can help us for switching the service, which i’m looking for. Amazing service. I visited Canada for one month and went to buy a new SIM card, and Akash helped me with the setup. He was very friendly and helpful. The package was also affordable. Highly recommended.
The guy who is working is very AKASH disrespectful And he doesn’t know how to talk with customers And he is not very helpful with people as well
