Had a very pleasant experience with Jeevan today for my monthly billing. He went above and beyond to help look into plan options and fix my cell service issues. I strongly recommend this chatr store.
Worst service for chatr mobile. My money got deducted a day before and nobody is helping me resolve the issue. Store is telling me to reach out to customer service but there is no agent available to help. No one from chatr is calling me back either after filing in request form. Literally no one working to resolve customer issues and just transferring unnecessarily.
I have been using Chatr since the fall of 2019.I am very happy with Chatr overall. Good service and affordably priced!
