I brought my Tundra to Chato’s Auto Service to get the ride height dialed in after installing ICON 3.0 coilovers, and they did an outstanding job. I asked for a slight front rake adjustment to level things out, and they got it just right. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was torqued and aligned properly. Truck rides great now—exactly how I wanted it. Very disappointed / frustrated I whent on Tuesday to get a sensor replaced, I bought the part just needed the labor done . I specifically told the mechanic in Spanish and english that my 02 sensor in the back of my car needed to be replace. He whent under the hood and replace the one in front that didn't need to be replaced . Now I have to buy the sensor again and find someone else to put it on . Like I have 70 $ to pay again. Smh. Not even 1 star. The worst service ever! Refused to even discuss options to tow vehicle guy was either inexperienced or lazy. Saw vehicle and said he didn’t want the liability to move vehicle and did not say anything more…. just walked away, got in his truck and drove off. Don’t waste your time with these guys.
Les recomiendo que vengan aqui si quieren que les falten el respeto y trabajen en sus carros intoxicados ya sea liquor o Coca Cola les conviene no parar e ir a otra parte donde les quieran ayudar con buena actitud no con inutiles como el dueño
