no stars if there is such a thing. my wife bought a 2017 Camaro at cmr in September of 17 with 17k miles. car was taken to cmr in October of 17, March of 17 and October with a malfunction of the torque converter, was told car could not be fixed until march of 19 , all while not offering a solution. cmr just didn't want to replace the necessary parts. TRADED CAR. DO NOT GO TO CMR IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO STAND BY WHAT THEY SELL
To start with they could fix someones vehicle that has already been in their shop and $2200 spent on it. Chatom Motor Co doesn't seem to want to honor their work!!! I paid CMC promptly after they claimed to haved fixed it! But now my truck is sitting there going on the 2nd month without a call or txt!! I am the one who has to call or go there to plead with them to FIX my truck.
Very pleased with the service from Chatom Motor! They were very patient with me as I searched for a vehicle. My buddy Nick even did a good job selling me my ride! If you need a rig, give Nick Ross a shout! #shoplocal #buylocal
