They have some great drink options. We got the large options and they did not skimp on the boba, however, the amount of ice was too much for my liking. Which meant we were out of drink and had a ton of boba left to fend for themselves in layers of ice. Less ice would be my only suggestion for improvement. Flavor of Taro and Boba pearls top notch!
I ordered a signature milk tea with bubbles around 18:20pm on May 1. The staff only asked me the cup size and sugar level. I said Large one with 25% sugar and paid for it. Then she began making an icy one. I asked her to make a warm one but got refused! She said either without ice or hot. I insisted on a warm one but was refused again! There was no choice for me to choose the warmth level beforehand but she said there was! I even didn’t touch a screen!
