Slow slow slowwwwwwww. Came in to get unloaded with plates and they took them off 1 piece at a time and I had 10 of them. To the workers credit, they can't unload more than one because of safety reasons but if they had the crane that hooks under the load you'll be able to pick up more than one at a time. So someone please tell the owner of the company or the boss that. Who wants to sit in a hot bay for 3 hrs

My experience loading at this facility with my flatbed was excellent. Even though I had read some negative reviews beforehand, everything was handled very professionally. The reception staff was attentive and efficient, and the person in charge of loading (possibly the owner) was present and helpful throughout the process. The loading team was respectful and cooperative as well. It’s clear they are working hard to improve their service. I would definitely load here again
