Aaron, the apartment manager, has been extremely responsive and more than helpful since day 1 when I initially toured my unit. Aaron is professional, efficient, and courteous... unlike any other apartment manager I have encountered. Looking for my first apartment in LA was really intimidating, but Chatham Oak was such a safe and friendly environment from the get-go and the biggest part of that was because of the management, and specifically, Theresa! Chatham Oaks Apartments is my first rent apartment in LA. And I love it so much. I spent a long time choosing among other options, but I settled on this one. I absolutely love living here in Chatham Oaks, and the management is a big part of that. I moved from another property managed by the same company and am so fortunate to have ended up here, with Theresa as our property manager. I feel very taken care of, both in my personal unit and the building’s shared spaces, and that is such a top priority for me that it makes living here feel that much more like home.
