Hi everyone. I’m never into writing reviews, but I think this place definitely deserves one. I was thinking of moving last year and my roommate told me to wait if wanted, which I did, then a few months ago the time came so I started looking. I found a few places I liked, but this one in particular caught my eye. The manager Theresa was very friendly, patient, and not pushy at all. I moved here from SD and the manager has been super easy to work with, and I even renewed my lease because the management here has been amazing. Living here has made my experience of LA better than I could have hoped for, I honestly understand why some of the residents here have stayed for over 10 years. Rogelio has been a great handyman and Theresa has been a great property manager. My neighbors are all friendly and everyone gets along and respects each other
Living at the Chatham Oak has been great! The building feels safe, clean, and peaceful. Plus it’s in a nice and convenient neighborhood. Theresa, the manager, is the best - always super helpful and communicative.
