could be a nice place if you didnt pay 40 a month for cable that always has channels out or with no sound ,trash in the halls , people spiting on the floors in the halls and elevator ,and urinateing behind the dumpster ,the person that owns this place needs to get the cable so it stays working , people dont like to pay for somthing they cant watch and if you cant get the cable to work right than you need a new provider or you need tostop cgarging so much for it
