For the size and quality of the apartment and the neighborhood, Chateau Terrace is actually a great deal. Love that I can walk to the lake and across a parking lot to a grocery store!
We enjoy our home at Chateau Terrace. They keep things clean and repaired and the grounds look nice all the time.
I feel that this is extremely important for any prospective tenant to read before engaging in a legally-binding contract with them. As a result of questionable business practice and poor property management, we are now out nearly $1700 after renting from them. I am not exaggerating.
