RATS!!! They broke into my unit without my knowledge to put down rat traps in the very back of my unit behind all of my stuff and I didnt find out about this till a few days before my move out date. They know they have rats, put down traps, and dont tell their customers. My stuff now has to be thrown away because rats have chewed and peed all over everything. I've been very happy with Chateau Storage. The units are clean, easy to access and the customer service is great.
Excellent storage facility. Highly recommend. The staff is very diligent, and walk through daily to check each unit.
I’ve been renting with Chateau Storage for nearly 6 years. The facility itself is so well managed, very secure, and I never once had any issues. On top of a wonderful facility, the employees/staff have always been professional, kind, and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Always very friendly and available, which is a huge plus. I moved out of my storage unit today, but in the future should I need storage again, I will absolutely be coming back to Chateau Storage.
