spa is 5 star...vip treatment
We appreciate the upscale atmosphere while still remaining family friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet (pre-covid-19) and in-hotel restaurant. We have used the tennis courts, in-hotel movie theater, outdoor and indoor pools, as well as the restaurants. I also recommend using the Chateau Marina if you plan to go on the lake. It is much less busier with no line and the same amenities as the State Park Marina.

Amazing place to stay! We visit 5 long weekends each summer. The have a nice little marina with very courteous and helpful staff.
Jessica and her wedding staff at Chateau on the Lake are AMAZING! Everyone is extremely helpful, quick to respond, professional and fun to work with. I can't brag enough about them. You WILL NOT be disappointed booking this beautiful venue with STUNNING views!
We have been coming to the Château for over 20 years. We have always enjoyed it and received great service. The last couple times the customer service has not been there. The maintenance of the Hotel is not being kept up. The paint is coming off the metal roof, a trash filled cooler was next to the ice machine for days. We booked our stay for our 30 wedding Anniversary...and NOTHiNG was opened. No one to help with the luggage, the restaurants aren’t open on week days, no bars, the candy store is not open, no shops, no spa...... read more
We came to Chateau on the Lake because the hotel advertised - on their website - numerous restaurants and a couple of bars. There is absolutely nothing open at this mid-managed piece-of-crap. And, nothing on their website says anything about their facilities being closed. There are way to many other great places in Branson stay. We will never return!
Even though some of the services have been limited due to Covid19, the outstanding staff here makes your stay so enjoyable you can forget, for awhile, the problems currently plaguing our nation. Great facilities, great staff!
