My husband and I booked the New Years Eve Celebration and overnight stay. The hotel did not disappoint. The party got off to a rocky start due to circumstances beyond the hotel’s control and the staff worked endlessly to get the problem corrected We had a great time!! I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back next New Year’s Eve if not sooner.
Despite a major transformer blowout causing power loss just prior to the NYE celebration, the Chateau worked hard to put on a great time! Was a lot of fun! Beautiful resort!
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend it to anybody that’s in Branson we’re going to Branson
my husband LOVED the puzzle in his downtime although old eyes would appreciate better lighting....perhaps an antique banker's lamp?! the spa was my favorite amenity 💗wonderful staff & serene atmosphere! housekeeper was exceptional😊I would only add an extra mirror in the bathroom at the vanity (to see the back of your hair when styling it!) & possibly better lighting AGAIN, OLD EYES,LOL!
If you want to comment on the downside… It would be the amenities... Some being over charged... But those are details
