The bartender here !!! When I think of an amazing bartender, I immediately think of Zack Gustine. He's personable, funny, energetic, and seems to always be in a great mood. A bartender's personality can really make or break how much fun it is to be at a bar, especially if you're there just to chill. 10 stars ✨

We have mixed reviews, we had reservations and upon waiting for our reservations we went to the library bar, our bartender Zach was possibly the worst we have had, EVER, we sat down and after 10 min of him walking past us over and over , because we were seated in front of the alcohol, counter, did he finally acknowledge we were there. My family of 35 people went for Thanksgiving brunch. The worst service I have ever had!!! When we were seated I saw a tray of dirty dishes that had a watered down Bloody Mary. I ordered a Bloody Mary and the waitress tried to give me the old watered down one. We had to beg for water and drink refills the entire time we were seated. Pretty disappointing for the $2500.00 price tag .....
Love this place. Never want to stay anywhere else after staying here. Very friendly staff and so clean. Views are amazing and the spa is 4 ⭐️. We have stayed here now for the past 3 years.
It was beautiful for Christmas. Our room was very nice and the staff was super friendly.
