We held our annual International Cessna 120-140 Convention in Branson this year, and stayed at the Chateau. Susan Ford is the group sales contract and you couldn't ask for a nicer person. There were no problems, our event went smoothly, the Banquet absolutely wowed everyone, and the staff at the Resort top shelf. A special shout out to Bobby at the door, Newt and Pear at the front desk. It's first rate staff like them that make a nice place a truly great place. This place is AMAZING. The customer service is exceptional, right as you walk up to the front doors. We are greeted every single time we walk back in, the door is held open, the restaurant employees are focused on customer service and go out of their way to make our dining service great. There’s an indoor AND outdoor pool, hot tub, movie theater, sweet/bake shop, library lounge where they made food for us at 11pm last night and we listened to piano. I can’t say enough about our stay here it was perfect.
The hotel in a whole is a very nice place to stay. The valet parking and door service has always been incredible. Check-in is easy and rooms and clean and inviting with a beautiful view. Our last visit was nearly enchanting. This year, the waterfall fountains out front are dry and not pretty to view, we did not get our bottled waters provided every day, only coffee is provided in rooms for the keurigs, and there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. (Don’t ask guest service for tea bags either, just drive to Walmart. The gas... read more

We left the hotel today after a 5 night stay and hated leaving. We had a most wonderful, relaxing and carefree vacation from the time we pulled up until the day we left. EVERYONE, and I mean everyone made sure our every need was met and more. And always made us feel that they weren’t just doing their job but cared about our experience.
