i went to chateau to buy something for a special birthday..gary, the owner and his staff were very attentive to my desires..and we worked out a special order i came in once to see the progress, ok'd it..and then they worked quickly and amazingly to get me my "present' in a very quick turn-around time i've bought jewelry there before..and will do so again..the service was superb..and the prices are extremely fair

He took the time to look at every single photo I shared, listen to every thought I had, and even coordinate with all my other jewelry to create something absolutely timeless.
