I have lived there 3 different times-due to its (USED TO BE) affordable rates, there will not be a 4th. Bed bugs 3 times. The first time, the exterminator came in, did their thing, and told the office "she doesn't have them, but I sprayed anyway". I came home and that same night there were 3 crawling across my bed, in plain sight. The other 2 times-different apts in same complex-i just got rid of them myself.
