The worst. Roaches. Break ins. They control the AC and it is always off or 90 degrees. They watch your 'utilities included in rent' usage and decide when you've paid enough. It's only who is on the lease no visitors but they got favorites who can do whatever, whenever with whoever. They keep your security deposit and use it for the next apartment to open. It just sucks. Being in a tent is better because you feel more at ease with an open zipper than a window.
