This is the best place I have ever rented. The people in the office are very professional and helpful and answered all questions with empathy to my situation
Raise the rent out of the blue, can’t get ahold of anybody, loud loud loud neighbors, dog barking, and ppl don’t stop at the stop sign. Definitely not for me!!!!
Going on almost 10 years of living here and I have zero complaints. They take care of their properties, if you have a maintenance need they get there as soon as possible, staff always friendly and helpful, if you have a complaint they look into it and take action as needed. I honestly wouldn't even consider renting from another company- they couldn't fill Chateaus shoes! Best place I have ever lived!!
Not impressed by how they handle maintenance. They also need to spray for insects. Badly.
