I lived at Chateau Des Fluers with my husband and two dogs for about a year and a half (had to move for work) and we had a fantastic experience living there. The building, which was constructed in the 1920s, is gorgeous. Our apartment had french windows, archways, real wood flooring, and beautiful bathroom tile. Even though an old building can sometimes come with maintenance needs, Alex and Jenny with Essential Management were always very quick to reply and any issues were always resolved very quickly and efficiently. This was the worst experience of my life. The building is infested with roaches, INFESTED. The property manager is a "shell" for whoever actually owns the building so nothing is ever done. I had to leave so many times because they said they would send someone and then they wouldn't show up to spray so I would have to leave again. No one cleans up after their pets. There are cigarette butts everywhere. They had an emergency mess when it was raining hard and my ceiling started falling through my bathroom, I work from home and ... read more
I lived at the historic Chateau De Fleurs for 5 years. Wonderful experience. The building has great energy. Melinda the landlord was always on top of it and all utilities are included. Vintage gem in the heart of 90028!
