This was the worst experience of my life. The building is infested with roaches, INFESTED. The property manager is a "shell" for whoever actually owns the building so nothing is ever done. I had to leave so many times because they said they would send someone and then they wouldn't show up to spray so I would have to leave again. No one cleans up after their pets. I lived at the historic Chateau De Fleurs for 5 years. Wonderful experience. The building has great energy. Melinda the landlord was always on top of it and all utilities are included. Vintage gem in the heart of 90028!
