WORST PARKING EVER!!! You will NEVER find parking here. They have limited parking space here, you will be waitlisted for over 9months into your lease. They raised the rent by 300 dollars so you’re paying 3k or more. If you’re going to spend that kind of money at least find an apartment with proper parking space. This will be a nightmare for you I promise. Also, their elevator smells like dog piss all the time. So the stairs will have to be your main way up, good luck with groceries !!
Just moved in from out the state and Shalom has been nothing but helpful from application process to repairs.
The tenant at 4490 Collwood Blvd San Diego, CA 92115 Shalom Soriano she is the worst tenant I have dealt with. She is unprofessional, rude, and our issues with our apartment never gets handled. The parking lot and the outside is trashy, it never gets clean. All in all I do not like these apartments and I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
Just moved in but so far everything looks good. Manager is very friendly and accessible.
