Was told to go file a police report!!!! Tried calling 2-3x's a week nothing but answering service. physically drove to location in B.R. under renovation left message. please Tom don't tell me your a crook.
This place has no ethics, with steal your property, Change stones, Take the parts out of watches and in my case just robbed me for a watch on consignment, paid me part so the police couldn't do anything and told me to tai him to court. All those reviews are the same across every blog site to combat all the bad ones. This loser tom should be ashamed of himself
My husband and I went to Chateau Jewelers after reading the great reviews on the internet. Actually we went on the spur of the moment after talking about my birthday present. We couldnt be more pleased! i found a ring that continures to dazzle me and it was a result of the personal service and great listening skills of the manager/owner and staff. I highly recommend you begin your search for your perfect piece of jewelry at Chateau!

I can't recommend Chateau Jewelers enough. I come from a family of jewelers and there are a few places that I think carry fine quality and beautiful designs. Chateau Jewelers is one of them! They have some of the most beautiful pieces I have ever seen, especially rings and earings. Their prices aren't expensive, but within reason. Great place! I bought my bridesmaids great gifts from this store.
