Well... Since I was not the future bride to be, I can only comment on the appearance of the structure and the decorations. The outer appearance and the decor was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed the setting it was clean it wasn't ran down. The staff was nice they didn't speak/talk very much... but it was nice to me. I enjoyed it and I was actually there to support Roy and Delores Covington's wedding so with that being said thumbs up to Chateau crystale!!
