Welcome to Chateau Crystale. CC is conveniently located just off Westheimer on Gessner behind the Flagship Randalls. Our facility offers full service custom tailored packages to any event. CC offers an array of services, everything you will need from invitations, to catering, to limo, to photography and carriage services. We offer in house catering as well as, unique floral services, custom cakes, and A/V with screens up to 10' x 12' and a surround sound system.

For anyone who is considering Chateau Crystale as their venue, beware! Although their venue is decent looking, their customer service is terrible! The owner, Jay, refused to speak to us about our complaints and their staff pretty much blew us off. On the day of, the venue was so hot that our cake melted and had to be cut as soon as we walked in. It was actually falling over when we walked into the reception. The team at Chateau Crystale was an absolute pleasure to work with as I helped to plan my brother and sis-in-law's wedding. Thank you for everything that you did to flawless plan and execute AliRaza and Zeel's wedding reception. The venue is beautiful and the service was great. They were super accommodating in allowing us outside catering and working with our event designer. Love this place and the people, they gave me so much ease with the wedding, very kind people. The place needs almost no decorations, was so beautiful and reasonable cost. The food was displayed beautifully and satisfying taste. I recommend this place every possible chance.
Amazing Venue ! I just had my special day yesterday and Britteny went over and beyond to make sure my day was everything I wanted it to be. The food was outstanding and the staff was helpful and polite. I’d give 1000 stars if I could.
