Great place for your events
I’ve sent Karen 4 emails and left 4 voicemails to get a simple scheduling question answered and I can’t get a response for 2 weeks! I’m trying to give them my money if they will just call and email back. Her staff can’t even seem to reach her. Im pretty sure I’m changing my mind at this point. Geez!
Best looking venue in all greater Houston area.
I came in from out of town to tour the venue and never received a word from them regarding a proposal. We called to express our concerns a week later and the owner replied saying that they will have to pass on my event. Do NOT spend your money here. Not only was that unprofessional and rude, but I guess they don’t want to make money either. Karen, you’re in the wrong business honey.

Beautiful sight to see but how things are ran just to set up an appointment is so dated and unnecessary. Waited for days to even get a call back - once I finally started to speak to someone via email I was given a list of dates and times I could come tour the venue. Sent in the time that worked best for me. The day arrived, I called the location several times and manager twice - no answer. Left work early, drove out to the venue.
