Very disappointed with how the new cancellation policy was communicated. They sent out an email (which they did not have my email address) and posted a note on Facebook (which I did not see). I had a scheduled appointment for Wed, Jan 2nd but could not reschedule on Sunday/Monday because they were closed. I could not reschedule it on Tuesday because of New Years. I live in South Bend, but was planning my wedding where I grew up in Carmel, IN. I reached out to friends on Facebook for recommendations for a nail salon. Chateau Bijou and specifically, Andrea, was recommended to me by a friend. I called to make an appointment and although Andrea was not available on the day I needed I set up appointments for my sister and I to get manicures. Thoroughly enjoyed my express facial. I was happily surprised when I looked in the mirror immediately following the facial. My skin had a dewy look and somehow I looked youthful! A facial of this quality is normally $100 elsewhere. At Chateau Bijou it's $45! Prices will go to $50 at the new year. That's a deal! SO happy I found this spa!

Jen and Andrea are wonderful nail techs, plus, stylists Megan Fulk and Alli Anderson are cut and color masters���
I drove a long way but I am so happy I did!!! Bad nail experience after bad nail experience I didn't want to get my nails done ever again but I will certainly be back to see Kimberly. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I enjoyed my time and am loving my nails!
