Noelle is the best hairstylist I have ever had! She is a true artist, extremely talented and a lovely person. I always looked forward to my visits. I have long hair and have been getting blond highlights for years. Grow out was so gentle and the color spot on and natural. After moving to Colorado about a year and a half ago with zero luck finding a stylist, I am seriously looking to fly out just to see Noelle and get my beautiful hair back!
