Extremely disappointing experience with Chateau Barry Apartments and its management team. I submitted an application on May 12th and paid a $350 holding deposit in good faith. After that, communication was inconsistent and extremely delayed. I spent weeks waiting without clear updates, proper follow-up, or a lease ever being executed, while trying to coordinate an upcoming move. Loved living here -- great location to get around the city. Paola Yanez was a wonderful property manager!
The manager for the building is GREAT. She is not only very helpful, but efficient, timely and prioritizes requests to ensure her tenants needs are met as quickly as possible. She checks on the property regularly, making sure the outside maintenance crew is keeping the grounds and pool clean consistently. Paola is a sweet girl and one of the best managers I've ever rented from. She is honestly someone who looks after her tenants w/respect and kindness.
