Our year at Chateau was a bittersweet experience, with the pros generally outweighing the cons, primarily thanks to the great location and premium suites layouts. While the main common areas are kept very clean, the squash courts could be maintained better. We found that the building’s aging infrastructure posed some challenges: the gym is incomplete, requiring us to pay for an external membership, and the lack of AC meant we had to use a portable unit, doubling our electricity bill in the summer. Tommy from the maintenance team at Chateau Apartments did an excellent job fixing the issues in my bathroom. He was professional, efficient, and the work was completed to a very high standard. I really appreciate the quick response and quality service.
Disgusting management with rental increase after the next and decreasing amenities
The management company is terrible to deal with and once they lock you in, they take advantage by withholding amenities and increasing the rent. Way better places to live.
Water is constantly turned off without any notice. Very frustrating!!!
